We are only using PCOIP and Teradici Hardware accelerator card. Looking over our firewall logs, we do not see any drops. ![]() I have provided VMware: wireshark logs, client logs, view connection server logs, agent logs.įrom Home (random users on random ISPs) - Zero client or Mac client to UAG to Netscaler Load Balancer to 2 View connection servers.įrom Work - Same Netscaler Load Balancer to 2 view connection servers. We are on WindLTSB, horizon agent 7.6, esxi 6.4925. Users are either on zero clients or laptops with the client installed. We have to either have them RDP or reboot the vm so they can get connected.
